Ashley Manor is located a 10 minutes away from Highway 192 which is home to downtown Kissimmee with its fun fair, weekend classic car shows, clothes shops, flea market, supermarkets, gas stations and a multitude of restaurants catering for a variety of tastes and price brackets. Many have huge 'eat as much as you like' buffets with breakfast from $3.99 per adult and evening meals from $12.99. Plus family fun such as crazy golf courses like you've never seen before! There's a Chevron garage with a mini-mart 500 yards or 5 minutes walk away stacked with those bits and pieces you always need and the chatty helpful staff make it more like a tourist information center than a shop and there's a large Publix supermarket in Champions Gate which is 5 minutes drive away. Directions from Tampa International Airport Follow the Interstate-4 (I4) road heading north west towards Orlando. After approximately 80 miles, leave the I4 at junction 58 turn into Champions Gate. Follow the road passed Publix shopping plaza on your right, you will also pass a large Omni Hotel on the right, and at the end of the road turn left onto Ronald Regan Parkway (County Road 54). Follow road to Ashley Manor Subdivision which is first left after Bridgewater Close, turn in and follow to address above on the right hand side of the road. Directions from Orlando International Airport Leave the airport site via the South Exit (red sign) heading for State Road (SR) 417. If your car rental company is off-site you may need to re-enter the airport complex first. On the approach to SR-417, be ready to turn right to join this road heading west, i.e. before passing under the highway itself. This is Junction 17. Almost immediately there is a toll plaza ($1.00). Continue along the 417 until it joins the I4. Take exit 58 turn right into Champions Gate then follow directions above. Directions from Sandford Airport Leave the airport on Lake Mary Boulevard follow the signs for State Road (SR) 417 and Orlando Attractions. Once on the 417 (Seminole Expressway and then Central Florida Greeneway) continue on it for approximately 50 miles. There are several tolls along the route and the total amount payable will be $5. Continue along the 417 until it joins the I4 Take exit 58 turn right into Champions Gate then follow directions above. |
